Melanie Seavey Manager

Melanie hails from New Hampshire, where she attended Keene State College and graduated with a double major in Secondary Education and General Science. Post graduation, Melanie taught a variety of subjects as she instructed not only middle school students in their science courses, but she also was leading yoga teacher trainings. Like many, the Rocky Mountains called to Melanie and eventually drew her out to Jackson Hole in 2016. Upon arriving in Jackson, Melanie began working at Osteria during breakfast shifts and soon worked her way up to restaurant manager, where she now leads the service driven team. When she isn’t at Osteria, Melanie can be found following her other passions - snowboarding, fishing, hiking and camping.
