Marco Morillon Executive Chef
It was when Chef Marco was a dishwasher at the age of 17 working with his father that catapulted him into a culinary journey. For the next several years, he progressed through all of the stations in restaurants like Burke Chop House, The Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, and The Roadhouse. In 2019, Chef Marco landed the Sous Chef position of Il Villaggio Osteria and then eventually was promoted as the Executive Chef. While not in the kitchen creating delicious Italian cuisine, he enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors of Jackson Hole.
