Willie Rosenthal Manager
Willie Rosenthal hails from Monterey, CA, where he was born and raised on the beach, playing sports and enjoying his parents cooking. A love for the sunshine took him to San Diego State University, where he studied Business Management. During his studies, Willie was bit by the travel bug and spent much of his early twenties traveling the world and working his way through just about every restaurant position available along the way. It was during these travels Willie fell in love with both restaurants and the mountains. After missing an entire ski season while living in Argentina, his passion brought him to Jackson Hole to take on what he considered to be the best mountain in the US. It was during his first winter in the valley that Willie discovered Fine Dining Restaurant Group, both as a frequent diner and through many friends who worked for the company. Willie started out with Fine Dining as Assistant Manager of Silver, a modern American restaurant and lounge in Park City, UT that was managed at the time by Fine Dining. After two winters in Park City, Willie returned to Jackson Hole to manage Bin22, where he was for a time before moving on to his current role as Manager of Il Villaggio Osteria.
